​The brain behind Creative Kicks is Mike Jaballah - A Melbourne based location sound recordist who has the experience and knowledge in how to achieve the best sound possible in all situations, saving you time and money in post production and avoiding ADR. 

​Whether it's recording a film outdoors, live performance in a venue, recording in a studio or overcoming the constant challenges of recording sound on location for TV, a documentary or an interview, he's mastered the art of recording and mixing in the field.

​When you're taking on the elements, external factors and noise such as weather, planes, animals and especially people can make it difficult to to achieve the most natural sound possible. Ambient noise is rarely avoidable, but is manageable and at Creative Kicks we know how important it is to approach things with a level head and the right attitude to achieve the best outcome possible.

​We are available for consultation from creation of your concept to execution, to lend a hand with advice on shooting locations and what will and won't work.

​We have high quality equipment, with preferred brands such as Sound Devices, Lectrosonics, Sennheiser, Sony, and Rycote, which means we keep our standards high because why not strive for the best in all situations.

When shooting, we ALWAYS ensure there are dual redundant recordings in place as a back up to avoid those "uh-oh" moments we all dread and you can be sure we can tailor a solution specific to your needs.
