In the meantime, check the info that comes with your booking and give us a call during opening hours if you can't find the right guide.
Before you begin
Before you connect or power anything:
- Check you've got every case and component
- Keep power switched off while making connections
- Never force a plug or connector
- Turn speaker and audio levels down before you start
- Switch speakers on last, turn them off first
- Keep liquids well away from all equipment

Don't leave your first full test until the event's started.
Stop and contact us when
Stop using the equipment if:
- It smells hot or burnt
- Liquid has entered it
- A cable is damaged
- A plug is loose or exposed
- The equipment repeatedly shuts down
- There's visible physical damage
- It produces unusual noise
- It appears unsafe
Don't open, dismantle or attempt to repair the equipment.
