Yes. Pick your dates, add the gear to your cart and check out online. Your booking is confirmed once payment, any security hold and your ID Verification Form are sorted.
Yes. Melbourne delivery starts at $82.50 including GST each way. What you pay depends on location, timing, how much gear is going, access, and whether setup or crew are involved.
Stop using it if it may be unsafe and contact us. Don’t open, modify or repair the equipment. We’ll help you troubleshoot it and sort the right next step, whether that’s a fix, a swap or a replacement.
Yes, as long as it’s still available. Contact us before your agreed return time and we’ll extend it for you. Extensions need to be approved in writing.
Our weekly rate already works out cheaper than seven single days, so longer hires are better value by default. For extended or ongoing bookings, get in touch for a custom quote.
