'The Tentacle Sync Track E is the tiny recorder you grab when you need clean audio without needing a full bag rig around it. As used on The Amazing Race Australia. it records in 32 bit float so if levels jump around during the shoot, you have far more room to sort it out in post. Handy for fast moving shoots, adventure, reality shoots and higher risk shoots where you need to get audio on talent quickly and keep things moving.
The setup is simple. Lock in a lav hit record and let it do its thing. Once it is set up properly, it is a very easy bit of kit to work with. Small, light and easy to hide on talent. But where the Track E shines is it's sync capabilities. If you are running it with other Tentacles, sync it with your cameras on the Tentacle app to make post a lot less painful. You can monitor audio in the app from your phone too, which is genuinely useful and not just a feature for the box.

Battery life is up to 12 hours, so it will comfortably get through most shoot days without drama.
